Nothing is sold on this site. Every buying link opens the listing at our authorised retail partner, where checkout, delivery and returns are handled. That means an order number, a delivery date, a refund or a damaged parcel all sit with the retailer, not with us — we have no visibility of any of them and cannot look one up.
