Returns

Nothing is sold on this site. Every buying link opens the listing at our authorised retail partner, where checkout, delivery and returns are handled. A return therefore starts in the order history of the account that placed the order, not here.

Return or fault?

A change of mind, a duplicate character or the wrong box is a return, and the retailer handles it under their own window. A cap that will not click, a broken clip or a cracked shell is a fault — write to us at [email protected] as well, because that is something the brand wants to know about.

Blind packs are not returnable for their contents

Getting a character you already own is the format working as designed, not a defect, and no seller treats it as grounds for a return. The Collector’s Guide exists so that the odds are clear before the box is bought rather than after.
