Where do the prices come from, and why do some boxes have none?
A flat price is the listing’s own buy-box price — 8 of the 11 boxes carry one right now. Where a box shows “from” instead, the figure is the lowest of the third-party offers on a listing with no buy box of its own, and the number of sellers behind it is printed next to it. The remaining 1 have no quotable figure at all — either no seller carries them or the sellers who do publish no headline price — and printing one we cannot honour would be worse than printing none.
Why sell through a retailer rather than here?
A catalogue and a shop are different jobs. Running checkout, card handling, delivery and returns for a range of 11 boxes is not something we do better than a retailer who already does it at scale. What we can do better is explain what is in each box, so that is what this site is.
Can I choose which characters I get?
Not on a fully blind pack, and no seller can offer that. The two Deluxe Keychain cubes and the keyboard Mega Pack state their contents on the packaging, and the Series 2 two-pack prints one of its two caps on the front of the box — that half is a known purchase. Every other cap in the range, including the five that ship inside the Clickee Controller, is sealed and random. The Collector’s Guide works out what that means in boxes.
Do Series 1 and Series 3 caps fit together?
Yes. The four-sided clips did not change between waves, and the Hello Kitty caps use the same geometry. Any cap goes on any keychain and any cube. It is the most useful fact about this range and the packaging never mentions it.
Is there a battery or any electronics?
None. A Clickee is a keycap on a mechanical switch. It travels, bottoms out and springs back, and that is the whole mechanism. Nothing to charge, nothing to replace, nothing to break electrically.
What age is this for?
The packaging states ages 6 and up across the range. Caps are small enough to be a choking hazard for younger children, which is what that figure is about rather than difficulty.
Why is the keyboard case listed under Musical Instruments?
A filing accident. The word “keyboard” in the product name lands it in a category full of electric pianos. It is a plastic display case with sockets for caps; it makes no notes and has no electronics.
