Thirty-odd characters, not seventy
The Hello Kitty and Friends range is stated at 30+ characters against the 70 of Series 3. Every blind draw is therefore worth more than twice as much progress towards a complete set, which is the strongest practical argument for starting here rather than in the main line. Three caps out of thirty is a tenth of the range in one small box; three out of seventy would be a rounding error.
The bonus charm
